Jad ,the best and the fastest C++ based one.
Use it with options like

jad  -b -stat -o -r -dead -ff -i -noctor -nocast -sjava YorClass.class

  I do feel Jad is good. but I can't say which is the best, since I've never try all of them, at least not on a big project.
