I would like to send a Crystal Report I have developed to different users via e-mail.  Most of these people do not have Crystal on their machine.  How can I send a formatted Crystal Report to themin maybe Microsoft Word etc. or does Crystal Reports have  a "Snapshot Viewer" feature available like Microsoft Access where you can send reports to people even if they don't have Access on their machine.  Everyone in our company has Office 97.  Thanks

In Crystal Reports try going to
File/Print/Export
From the Format drop down list select either MS Word or MS Excel.
Destination is Disk file.
Open up the file you've just exported in Office'97 and see if MS Word or MS Excel will suit your users i.e. MS Word -> view/print the report, MS Excel -> manipulate/retrieve data from the report.

Does this keep the report's formatting intact?

Yes it does if you have text, lines or boxes.

No. If you are using any picture files on your report you may loose your pictures but text formatting will be OK.
Check it out.
