Download file via api

How can i dowload a file using the windows api...with no ocx's at all.

I know that you can do it using wininet.dll...but i am not sure how.

Please provide source code.

You could try to download it and see what properties it has, that way you (should) see the obvious... anyway use code like this

  Dim HTTP As New clsHTTP
  Call HTTP.GetFile("http://www.microsoft.com/test.txt", "C:\Dest.txt")

It really is that easy...
