RMTSHARE for user dir

I migrated my system from Novell Netware to WindowsNT server 4. I am trying to do same setting what I use to have in Novell system in order to do that I have to map I: directory for user. all user file are located in c:\sys\home\user1  ...user2 ...
in order to map user directory to I: drive I have to use RMTSHARE after I run below command I can map user directory but the problem is all user direcotry will appear in the Network Neighborhood\Myserver\user1  .....user2 ...user3

I tried to use $ at the end of user dirtectory name which is same as login name but it doesn't work I can still see ll users directory in the Network Neighborhood\Myserver\user1  .....user2 ...user3

there is any way to map user direcotry with out showing in Network Neighborhood\Myserver\....

Are you sure you are not sharing the directories twice? I mean, did you delete the old shares (without the $) before you made the new ones?

Make sure you are renaming the share to the username$ and not the directory itself. Also, as above, make sure you have deleted the old share without the $ behind it.
