clock && timezone

Lithuania has changed a timezone.
Now i have problems. The system clock +2 hours of normal. Sure i can set it with date command. and even changed TZ to real (EET). I even made clock -w. But after reaboot it goes 2 hours ahead :(.
How can I solve it?

I had a similar problem in RH6.1. I changed the clock in BIOS and then it worked.

hehe sorry i forgot to mention that server is remote. I canot change something in BIOS level from keyboard.
