simple -- hypermart specific question

hello

I want to tell you this..

The same script runs perfectly in another server...

#!/usr/bin/perl
use CGI;
$q = new CGI;
print $q->header;
print $q->start_html;
print "hello";
print $q->end_html;
exit(0);

I get a curious error ALWAYS

syntax error in file test.pl at line 2, next 2 tokens "use CGI"

Any help

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
