"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The first thing you should do is to open your machine to see whether or not your Dimms are seated properly.  I would even go as far as pulling them out and re-seating them.

If this does not resolve the problem, then it is likely that you have a bad Dimm.  Try pulling out each Dimm and running the machine on just one Dimm to see which is giving you the problem.  Once you have determined which it is, you can take the bad chip to a local Computer store and they will test it for you.  If they come to the same conclusion, then you will have to replace that chip.
