MS Access databases and login prompts

Is there a way to keep that annoying login dialog box not popping up whenever I login to an MS Access database with Delphi? And is it possible to give an Access database location to a TTable as a string instead of a BDE alias?

Get rid of login dialog:
set TDatabse.LoginPrompt to false, if this causes a access denied error msg then setup your onlogin event to:
  LoginParams.Values['USERNAME'] := 'Admin';
  LoginParams.Values['PASSWORD'] := '';

TTable as a string:
No you have to use the bde alias.
