1.will a amd k6-2 333 work in a motherboard for a celeron 455?

2.will k6-2 333 work in a motherboard for a
amd k6-2 350/450?

# 1 has 2 memory slots and intel 810 chipset.

#2 has 3 memory slots and sis 530/5595 chip set.

well the 810 is for pentium-ii or celeron socket 1 and the the amd processors use socket 7 so I do not think you can interchange them.
Well for AMD you need supper socket 7 #2
motherboard will work. #1 motherboard is only for intel cpu

1) No.  AMD k6-2 333 chips are based on the socket 7 architecture.  Intel Pentium II Celeron chips use either the Socket 1 (SECC) or the PPGA architecture.

2) I believe you may be able to use that chip on that new motherboard.  As long as it is Socket 7 in architecture.
