Identify a Win Tv Card

Purchased two Toshiba 233 MHZ computers that came with a win/tv type card installed.  Would like to download and install the correct drivers, but am having trouble learning the identity of the card.  The only info on the card is as follows: Phillips.......... Raffles R4 NTSC..........FCCID:HBY33A-Raffles. Anyone know where I can locate the drivers for this card?

ggilman, did as you suggested and found the drivers very easily.  Added them using Add New Hardware, but the drivers never created a program file or icon so I could access the card.  Couldn't find anything on Toshiba's web site that would explain this.  Any ideas?
Even though you have the drivers to make the tuner work, you still need an application to run them. If you look at the same page, I think you'll find it there. See the "Windows 95 TV tuner application for Infinia TV/FM card" under multimedia.
Yes, right you are.  Thanks for the help.
