Can Netscape and Eudora mail be imported into Oultook 97?

I don't see any filters for importing .mbx mail files from Eudora or .snm mail files from Netscape into Outlook 97.

Is there a patch somewhere or do I have to upgrade to 98 or 2000?

For bonus points: Why the heck didn't Microsoft include that feature to begin with, you'd think they'd be dying to convert Netscape users over?

Take a look here, it may help:

In the first version of Outlook (the 97 one) MS wasn't really targetting the users of Internet mail programs. The import choices improved with Outlook 98 & 2000.
