Can not tell, disk and instruction bocklet do not say anything other than HSP Fax Modem. Modem came with computer that was built by a freind. I belive he picked it up at a show. AOL reconizes it as a PCTEL generic if that helps. Modem instruction booklet instructs to connect as Hayes compatable V2.5 (default). <br />

Was achieving faster speeds (33 plus) now I'm Lucky if I can hook up at 28. Re-loaded software, changed access numbers, call Aol tech support. They informed me to get on line and check &nbsp;for upgradable software. I will be converting to DSL soon, need to get a quick fix now. Where can I find driver software that will solve issues? &nbsp;
