TIM COTTE-200 More if you can answer this.

This is Anthony, the guy you answered the CreateObject Excel question for.  It worked great.  Another question though.  How do I Add a data to a cell in VB that would make the Text a Hyperlink.

ExcelSheet.Cells(1, 1).Value = "\\MyServer"

If I add this to the cell in Excell 2000 it automatically assumes I want a Hyperlink.  If I add it in VB it looks at it as a string.

Thank you again

Here is an example using the same code as before but replacing the "This is column A...." with a pathname and then add the same pathname to itself as a hyperlink.

    ExcelSheet.Cells(1, 1).Value = "\\osiuk008\mes\vb_apps\dde viewer\mesviewer.exe"
    ExcelSheet.Hyperlinks.Add Anchor:=Selection, Address:="\\osiuk008\mes\vb_apps\dde viewer\mesviewer.exe"
