Printed fonts are different from screen fonts in Lotus Notes screen!!

Could you pls let me know how can I set the print font that is same as Lotus Notes screen. I using Lotus Notes v. 4.5.6 on Windows NT4.0. This problem occur on some PCs only. Pls let me know how to fix it and can I change the default font,Helv.,to other one?

YOu may have to check the printer settings, as some printer drivers override the fonts used in the application.

We haven't this case on other PCs that send the printting out to the same printer so I think that this should be related to NT or Lotus Notes.

Make sure the PC has the font file. We had a similar problem when we were using a Comic MS Sans font, that some PCs were able to see it and some not. Once I sent the proper font file and detached into the (probable location) C:\WINNT\FONTS directory, and then restart the PC. Even if its there you may want to overwrite with one from a PC that is not having problems. Let me know if this doesn't work.
