I can't drag and drop
I added a new Hard drive (8.4G ide fugi) as the master and the old(2.1G ide fugi) as the slave. I set up win95 and the Hp colorado tape drive backup software on my new c: then restored the copy of the old drive. every thing seemed fine other then having to get every thing to use the cdrom as E: . then I noticed I couldn't drag & drop files in windows explorer or Icons on the desk top. I then reloaded my mirosoft wheel mouse drivers, nope, so I resetup win95 (still using same ver.B). Still no luck. I have since found out that my Cdrom drive is craping out. Help please?!

i don't know exactly, but some features are there in ie4.1 as desktop update and some patches, which are not in ie5. so if u have ie4 and don't have installed those features or features don't work properly, then by installing service pack, these problems can be solved. may be thats the case.
and regarding windows drag&drop and ie4...well after installing ie4, all the features of windows explorer runs with ie4 as webpage. :-).
anyway ,thanx for accepting the answer.
