getting started with VJ++

Hello,

I just started using VJ++6.0. I couldn't find a way to launch an application! I set JVIEW.EXE for the program and my application for the argument, and then started to run, however, I couldn't see the app running, I only saw "solution updates successfully".

I tried to set a breakpoint, everytime I hit a button, the program compile once. I have no idea what is going on!

Please help

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

first off, make sure this is set ..
->Project
  ->Properties
    -Default
     <your startup class>

Then there is a little red arrrow (>) on the task bar (or it should be) press it (or F5) to compile and run.

Here is what I did:

->Project
            ->Properties
                     -Custom
                          -program JVIEW.EXE
                          -Argument: full path for class

But it is not working.  anything wrong with it?

Thanks again!

->Project
  ->Properties
