Read UID and Password NT

I want to build a security module that read the User ID and Password from NT (same with the UID and PWD when user login Windows...) using Visual Basic. How I do that ?

You cannot get the password directly in NT, if you want NT admin code that you can modify / use then try looking at

http://www.netfokus.dk/vbadmincode/codevb.html
