"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

(Edited by Computer101)!! forgot to press the comments option. Just reject it if you don't like it, although it is the right answer and I doubt if any of the other techs will have anything different for you, if you need to know how to get rid of that pesky ol documents menu on the start menu just let me know,

hey it was lavabado who locked the question, bad karma dude, thats not the way things are done here, you comment first and if johnsm likes your answer HE will accept it as an answer. The whole idea here is to give the question access to as many techs as possible, when you lock the question by answering none of the other techs even see it, so you effectively cutoff johnsm's resources and limit him to just you! Not that you couldn't answer his questions, I'm sure you can, it just isn't fairplay dude....so johnsm just reject the answer then choose yourself who should get the points.
