Is there a way in either Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express 2000 to request a return receipt when a recipient opens up an e-mail message?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

IN outlook 98 click tools then options then click under the preferences tab click email options. Then Click tracking options and select what tracking options you want to turn on.

If I'm not mistaken it should be the same way in 2000. If you still havin trouble let me know I have 2000 at home I can give you step by step.
