How do I open (execute) Netscape 4.6?

What do I do when I get the following error message trying to execute Netscape 4.6: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down" "Details: Netscape caused an invalid page fault in module FULLSOFT.dll ..."

I wear a lot of hats...

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

FullSoft is part of Netscape's quality control agent.  To turn it off, use

Start->Programs->Netscape Communicator->Utilities->Netscape Quality Feedback Agent
Click "Settings" and turn the agent off.

That should fix it, but if you have more problems, then just get rid of the DLL.  Go to

C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Program

and rename FULLSOFT.DLL to FULLSOFT.OLD

Thanks. I had to go to the second suggestion before I "turned off" FULLSOFT.DLL.
