Setup Error

I setup Win98SE in my new computer. During setup, I always meet an error about MSGSRV32.EXE and some characters like 00000....
What's the problem ?

I have one more question :
In my Win95 computer, when I run a setup program, I receive an error message 'Failure Writing to the System Registry...'. What's it and how to fix ?

Thanks for your help.

1.Try another RAM. Maybe a bad RAM cause this

2.Take a look at this article :
Trojan, tell us about this new computer. The type of motherboard, CPU, memory, add-in cards and anything you have attached to it. Also, were you upgrading from Win95 when you saw this error or was it a fresh install. Let's work on the Win98 problem first.
