Pretty much all Windows Applications are GUI. GUI just means "graphical user interface". If it looks like a Windows program, it's already GUI. Only programs I can think of that are not is old DOS programs and programs that run in the background where you don't see them.

Actually they don't need to be old DOS programs, just have to look like them, such as "Command Prompt" or "MS-DOS Prompt", or many things that run from these. Most average users don't use these very often though.
