GPF caused by Explorer

Made a new system,Aopen mother board amd k6/2 350 cpu 64mb ram running Win9X.Keep getting Explorer caused a general protection fualt in module Krnl386.exe. Need to correct this,can I get an answer soon.

Boot in Safe Mode.
If you don't get the errors, so remove all startup programs by remove in Startup folder and in the Registry (if you use Win98, run MSCONFIG.EXE and go to startup tab. Uncheck all except 2 lines of LoadPowerProfile.)
If boot in Safe Mode still have error, remove and reinstall all hardware drivers. I hear that there's some patch file for AMD CPU. Find them.
