Simple VB Script

Need a simple vb script that users can run at logon, checking a date for a certain file and, if less than the script would delete the file.
The file would be located in the root of a Win95 user's personal computer.  The reason for the date specificity is that it is important that the delete happens but once - so a date <= 11/01/99 would be sufficient (for example).

Thanks in advance.

Edited text of question.
You can use the FileDateTime("Path") function.  Say, for example, that the date you specify as the cutoff is 11/01/1999, and the filename you want to delete is c:\trashme.dat.  Try this:

If Left(FileDateTime("c:\trashme.dat"),10) <= "11/01/1999" then
end if
