ATL proxy generator and MSVC 6.0

I read a tutorial about ActiveX and now i have come to a part where i must use the ATL proxy generator but i can't find it.

Here is the info that tells how to find the proxy generator:

From the Project menu, choose the Add to Project menu item, and then choose the Components and Controls submenu item.
In the Components and Controls Gallery dialog box, double-click the Developer Studio Components folder.
After the Components and Controls Gallery dialog box is refreshed with data, double-click the ATL Proxy Generator icon (see Figure 31.16). Select the ATL Proxy Generator from the Developer Studio Components. FIG. 31.16

The problem is that i can't find the Developer Studio Components folder.

Any suggestions?

Your sincerely

In Visual Studio 6:
It's as follows:
  Project
     Add to Project

You need to click the "Add to Project"
Now a new popup opens with:
    New
    New Folder
    Files
    (grey) Data Connection
    Components and Controls

But you don't need that any more! (that was the old vc++5).
If you are making a connection point, you simply right mouse button on the class and "implement connection point".

A full tutorial is available here in Q_10233408, and in same question there is pointer to MSDN tutorial as well.
