Director 6.5, Mac, Lingo

Hi, I have a Director 6.5 lingo question and hope someone out there will be able to answer.
I am making a mock-up web site using only Dir 6.5. Its a website that will not actually make it out to the net but will be used on a laptop with all the same functions as a real website. The only problem i am having is how to make a scroll bar that will function the same way as on the web. I have all my arrows, buttons, and the bar but I need it to function properly as when the user scrolls down to a certain point or upwards to a certain point the movement stops scrolling when the user stops scrolling, etc...any tips or tricks would be gratly appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you check out with the Xtras ??? One if I didn't mistaken is that Java Xtras.
It allows you to make the toolbar like you want it.
But, I can't told you or show you how to do it. Never use that Xtras before.

These xtras seem to be mostly for windows, i am working on a mac G3. Also, http://www.director-online.com/howTo/archive/handyman_Files/handy12 doesn't exist.

Any other comments/suggestions? Does anyone know about or how to use widget wizards and lingo combined?
Adjusted points to 250
Sorry I should have checked the link, go to http://www.director-online.com/howTo/archive/handyman_Files/handy12.html

If you have trouble with it try searching www.director-online.com.
