Visual Basic + JPEG + ActiveX

I'm looking for an OCX or VBX or ActiveX I could use with VB to convert a bmp file to a JPEG File. This component should either be able to save a BMP file to a JPEG file after having viewed it other just to convert the bmp. It should be included into my VB code...

If someone could help me or give me an algorithm so that I could create it myself. Thanks a lot !

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is another post on the same subject, I think it's what you want.

Thanks a lot KDivad's. I happy for two reason. First it will help me to complete my task. And then it proves me that someone is able to understand my english :-))) Here are your points...
You're very welcome!
Actually, your english is VERY good, I only noticed one or two words messed up.
