POP Mail problem

Hi Everyone. My e-mail is on USA.NET (Netaddress.com). I have POP Mail account. Recently I activate the POP Mail service in my Outlook. It’s working very good. The problem is all messages that I received in Outlook are deleted from my account in the USA.NET serve. I know there is option in Outlook leave a copy of the messages in USA.NET server. Where can I find it ???? Please consider that I’m using Office 97.

Try it!
Configure the OutLook mail account.
Tools->Accounts->'Your Acccount' -> Properties..
In advance tab, mark the check box Leave a copy of message on the server.

 May be this helps..

Starwars is correct if you are using Outlook EXPRESS.  For Outlook, go to Tools, Services.  Highlight "Internet E-mail", press the "Properties" button, then the "Advanced" tab.  Click on the "Leave a copy of message on server" box (so it has a check mark in it).

That should do it.
If you're using Outlook 97 with its original Internet Mail service you'll need to download & install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch. You can find it here:

After that's installed you can find the "Leave messages on Server" option in the place that BChew mentioned (Tools menu > Services > Highlight an Internet E-mail service > Click Properties > Advanced tab)
