Pages that only can be viewed with netscape

There are pages made with frontpage wich can only be viewed with explorer and not with netscape. Is the also the opposite?

Yes, due to the fact that Netscape and Microsoft has made different interpritations of the HTML-standard and different implementations of non-standard functions, you should allways check your pages in a varity of browsers.

Not just in one Netscape browser (NS) and Internet Explorer browser (IE), but also version 5.x, 4.x 3.x and so on, depending on the visitors choice of browser.

The more complex your HTML-code is, the greater risk of the pages looking different i NS and IE.

It's my view, that IE has done a better job of implementing BOTH the HTML-standard AND some degree of fault-tolerance. When using Style Sheets, IE is far superior to NS.
