I'am going to make remote system program
And communcation with PC & modem, I want
to know about component in delphi that
do like Any Answer machine come with modem driver Example:"message center ", and when press button 1 in telphone the PC know that the key pressed in telphone is 1.

I've a normal modem (creative) and I also see alot of normal modems that can has message center program wich work like an answering machine such as previous capabilities I've mentioned and more, so that I'm sure it can be, so that I need a component chich can do that.
By the way if I find such combonent, message center will be my university graduation project, so that I'm very interest in this question.

Interesting thought, but to be honest I have worked with a lot of standard modems during time, and the modems I know of, which is capable of doing this is either a Voice-modem or got has special driver extensions to be able to do this, but I might be wrong !?

TAPI will do the job but there are a lot of dependant factors. Notably the modem driver.
The Turbo Power Async Professional toolkit can understand DTMF tones from a phone and use TAPI to play Wav files and record voice mail but it is very dependant on your unimodem driver.
98 (unfortunately) seems to be the only MS platform that has support for it. 95 possibly with upgrade, NT is a no no. 2K? (don't know yet).
Although AsyncPro has always been "reasonable" to v2.58, there seems to be a premium upgrade cost to v3 (just release) that IMO is not worth it for the functionality required by the masses.

What you DO need is a tone - recogition system, which is actually quite simle to do if you know how to read the line input, so you'll need a machine to automactically answer the phone mechanically, then the computer will be able to do the rest.
Things like automatic redirection etc. is not something you do with standard equipment like a modem etc.
A modem is able to see, if there is an incoming call - without answering it, but it is not able to answer it, unless there's another modem at the end of the line.
