Edited text of question.
Browse through your Windows directory or maybe do a Find. Those files with *.scr extension are screen saver files. Just delete them will do.

Bugai is polish from Posen, Prussia now known as Posnan, Poland.

The Dedushka comment allowed me to uncheck 3 of the 12 screensavers. The other 9 were simply not listed in the screensaver window. I'd like to dump about 6 of the remaining 9.

Do you have Plus! ?  If so, you can uninstall the rest from the Plus! icon in control panel (Start/Control Panel)

I found (Plus!) in control panel under the DeskTop Themes icon. It led me to a list of wallpaper themes. No screensavers.

Dedushka:

Does unchecking those 3 screensavers actually uninstall them or just disable them? I want to uninstall.

RBugai,
unchecking screensavers should actually uninstall them. Try to do this:
- install screensavers through Add/Remove
- check all .scr files in C:\Windows directory
- uninstall screensavers
- check once more .scr files
If you see a difference, then screensavers actually aninstalled.

Dedushka

Close enough. When I located window named FIND FILES NAMED SCR I clicked in the newbox then pressed Ctrl & a all items listed in the box highlighted and at this point I backed off. Not all the items were screensavers plus I only wanted to uninstall selected unwanted screensavers. I clicked on and highlighted selected screensavers then pressed the delete key on keyboard which started them on the way to recycle bin. Thank you.

RBugai, a novice.
You must have typed in scr instead of *.scr.

Big difference because scr will search for all files with scr in them and *.scr will search for all files with the .scr extention.

Yes, you are correct in that I typed in scr instead of *.scr. The *.scr entry seems to limit the listing to screensavers and script files whatever those are. Murphy's law? Thank you.

You are correct. Unchecking the 3 screensavers uninstalled them. It takes the windows disk to reinstall them.
