Where did you find the error message? We had gotten the Hex.
I found that from Error lookup progrma which is come from VC++.

   With a number like that...It has to be someone's enumerated error, i.e. an error unique to the app/DLL that is raising it. So you'll have to check with whoever wrote the app/DLL you're working with.

    VB's constant vbObjectError starts at -2147221504.
