"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. It should be on the CD that came with the drive.
Well most of cd-rw don't have any drivers should be detected by win95/98
and you need to use ez-writer to write cd
Sorry I can't with your dillema, but I just wanted to say, that I had a search for the driver through the Rioh site, and it would have to be the worst site ever for technical support, and for after product support eg, drive updates, manuals etc.

I've heard that they are a great drive (that drive in particular), but, I hope that it's just me, and couldn't find the appropriate site, and that's it's out there somewhere, but if not, I would SERIOUSLY think twice about buying any RIOH products.  That's my 0.02c worth!!!

ps.  If there is someone out there who knows the appropriate address, I would be grateful if they could pass it on.

It looks like you are going to have to contact their technical support by e-mail and try to convince them to send you a CD with all the software on it. If the software is on the web site, it is indeed well hidden.
