where can I find the watson C compiler?

Can I download it from some web? where is it?

I've never heard of "watson c".  Do you mean "WATCOM C", perhaps?  If so, it's not available anymore:

I've never heard of a "watson" c++ compiler, but you can download a free C++ compiler from:

www.gnu.org

The gnu compiler works on nearly every platform, and they have binary distributions if you don't already have a compiler.
