If a already have a program written in VB, is there a way to place this application on web using some plugin? I want the users to access the application through internet. How can i achieve this with the least effort?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You want the app to RUN from the web, or the users be able to DOWNLOAD it?

I wanted to run one of mine on my site but after asking around Q & A's it seems that it's a bummer...too slow and other problems. I was told that when it comes the Web, simple is best...ASP scripts, java scripts, vbscripts.

You can create ACTIVE X DOCUMENTS.

SEE NEW VB PROJECT.

Instead of Standard VB Project, select
ActiveX Document.

When you run your project, it will run in Internet Explorer.
