Outl97 and copy on mailserver

How to configure Outlook97 to leave a copy of my email on the pop3 server?
Can't seem to find the option...

There is no such option in Outlook 97, but there is a technique you can use: Use Tools | Remote Mail to download headers, then mark to "download a copy" of those you want to leave on the server.

If you haven't already done so, you should download & install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch for OL97. It adds the Leave on Server option to the Internet E-mail service. You can find it here:
