Display message to users

How am I going to display message to all users that log into my workstation
(O/S: Red Hat 6.0)?

For example: After successfully login,
display a short notice like:
Pls save your works by 5.00 pm as the network will be down for maintenance.

Pls advise and thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry, I didn't make nyself clear.
The warning message should be like this:

#WARNING:  You must have specific #authorization to access this machine.  #All accesses are logged. Do not    #remain logged into this machine after #you have completed your task.

modify /etc/motd

It requires a good login however to get the message.

Edit /etc/issue and /etc/issue.net  Most distributions restes these on bootup, so you might want to check /etc/rc.d/rc.local aswell.
