"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately Sawgle, without a network you won't be able to put the Netport II to work as it is a token ring network print server. The netport was designed around Novell Netware and a Token Ring network.

Let me know what you would like to achieve, distances between PC's and printers etc, and I'll see if I can come up with an alternative for you.

I have a brother HL-760 laser, Deskjet 855c and a Epson Photo 700. Distance is about 12'. My system is PII 450.

Sawgle, based on your post it appears that you have one PC and need to attach three printers. There are a few ways of doing this, but here's a URL for one of the easiest.
