"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Reestablish your trusts !
Make sure there are static entries in each WINS for your PDC and BDC.

You've name resolution problems on your BDC - this accounts for trust relationship failure.
What's your node type (IPCONFIG /ALL) ?
Do you have LMHOSTS and / or HOSTS files on your BDC ?
How many NICs ?
Is WINS client bound to the NIC that you're trying to resolve from ?
Does ipconfig /all list the correct entries ?
Do you have the correct static entries (especially if you've got multihomed servers) ?
Do routers block out ports 137,138 and 139 for the port your BDC's plugged into ?

I was getting identical problem last week. Turned out that the ISDN idle timeout was set to 10 seconds.

This won't work, the entire trust setup needs to be done without the routers hanging up inbetween so I set the timeout to 5 minutes, established the trust and set the timeout back down again.

It all looks OK.
Have your tried reestablishing your trust relationship ?
NoLogSrv indicates it can't find a logon server, or resolve its Netbios address.
Is your subnetting all setup OK ?

WINS Entries DOM-B DOM-A
DOM-A DOM-A 1BH                 DOM-B 1CH
DOM-B DOM-B 00H
DOM-A 1CH

I notice there's no entry for the server service (20H).
1BH indicates DOM-A is the domain master browser.
1CH defines a domain controller
00H defines a workstation.

Have you tried removing and reestablishing the WINS entries, or using an LMHOSTS file ?
