Debugging VC++ dll from Excel

How can I enter the debugger when I run a dll (writen in VC++6) from excel using a VB macro?

Yep you need to attach to excel.exe in the visual C++

Another way of doing this is to say excel.exe is the app
used to run this DLL, by changing the debugging settings
for the project.

don't forget to set the breakpoints in your DLL code...

Then just do whatever you need to do in excel and
your breakpoint should be hit when the DLL is called
and bobs your uncle
