Laser Printer share problem

Shared laser printer on WIN NT 4.0 workstation, 2 PC's, 1 printer.  Printer on my PC....bob tries to send a print and it prints one control code, and some blank sheets then hangs.  But everything is fine on mine...how would I go about troubleshooting this?

Try installing the driver on Bob's PC also and then redirect his LPT-port to your PC. That way your PC doesnt have to do any spooling.

Yep, sounds like a definate driver problem.

Bob needs the same printer driver installed that you have.  Delete the printer on Bob's pc, then add it back.  Make it a "network printer" but use the drivers diskette you used when you installed the printer on your pc.
