Laser Printer share problem

Shared laser printer on WIN NT 4.0 workstation, 2 PC's, 1 printer.  Printer on my PC....bob tries to send a print and it prints one control code, and some blank sheets then hangs.  But everything is fine on mine...how would I go about troubleshooting this?

Try installing the driver on Bob's PC also and then redirect his LPT-port to your PC. That way your PC doesnt have to do any spooling.

Bob needs the same printer driver installed that you have.  Delete the printer on Bob's pc, then add it back.  Make it a "network printer" but use the drivers diskette you used when you installed the printer on your pc.
