Need Java CGI Libraries( No Servlets please)

   can some body please tell where to get free CGI liraries( to parse,decode the posetd/Get strings) in java. I can"t use servlets on my platform( beacuse of some incopatability)The only option ava. for me is to use as a cgi program for that I don't wan't to reinvent the wheel to parse and decode the inputting data. Any help is really appreciable
