I record a phone conversation with a contact from my 'contact' folder by choosing Action/New Journal entry. Lets say the contact 'John Doe' is recorded as working for 'Doe Interprises' (so the contact field 'COMPANY' is filled with 'Doe Interprises').
Now, in my views in 'Journal'-Folder view 'PHONE CALLs', I would like to list the field COMPANY. When I choose that from 'Field chooser' the content is BLANK(Empty)....Why????
But if I double-click the phone-call it lists the NAME 'John Doe' and COMPANY 'Doe Interprises' etc correctly.... Why can't Outlook list the content of the COMPANY field in the VIEW?????
