Palm Pilot Calander Sync

I would like an easy way to enter a large number of addresses in Outlook and transfer them to a PalmPilot for a global outlook user base which uses the global address book to replicate.  We are currently having difficulties because we can not replicate the global address book to individual palmpilots.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would suggest that you think about creating the Global address book in Outlook, exporting the .wab then importing the .wab into each users outlook and let them sync themselves.

Else you will need to set up a profile for each user on the PC you wish to sync from.

Is there an easy way to automate the importing of the .wab files to each user?

I would email the .wab to everyone with a description on how to install it.  If they you are on exchange server then there is another way......

Well if you set up an Exchange server address book then get each user to download (full) offline address book into their outlook.  They *Should* then be sync'd into PP.  This will be the best way to maintain the file centrally.  If speed it of the essence I would suggest the emailing of the .wab file.  Professional method = exchange server setup.
