Using MSFlexGrid:

   MSFlexGrid1.ScrollBars=3 'Turns on both scrollbars
   MSFlexGrid1.AllowUserResizing=0 'Disables resizing

   x=MSFlexGrid1.RowSel 'returns selected row

   x=MSFlexGrid1.ColSel 'returns selected col

   x=MSFlexGrid1.Row 'returns the selected cells row

   x=MSFlexGrid1.Col 'returns the selected cells col

Are you using data controls for the grid?

If you're using Microsoft Grid Control instead of Microsoft FlexGrid Control, I suggest you migrate...  You can't turn off resizing with the grid control.
