MS Mail Server mmf folder names

MS Mail Server encripts the mmf folder names so you don't know which user it belongs to. In the manual it mentions a utility to unencript this, but I don't seem to have it on my disks. Anyone know where I can get it? It's called something like mailuser.exe

LISTUSER.EXE    Displays the mailbox names and their
                     associated eight-digit ID numbers.

The LISTUSER utility displays a list of all users on a given
postoffice, including their associated eight-digit user ID numbers
(these numbers are used by the Mail system to identify each individual
user). LISTUSER will work with version 2.1 and later postoffices.
LISTUSER also shows the size of the .MMF files on the server, and can
search for a specific name on the postoffice.

Thank you! Any idea where I can get listuser.exe? It's supposed to be included with the disk set but it's definitely not there.
Maybee on the FTP site.
Is it not installed?
