"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I am currently designing an Outlook Help Desk form and I want it to be published on my organizations forms and when a user has a problem they can just fill out the form and it will be routed to the help desk email and then onto the programmers.

Set the To field to the e-mail address you want the form routed to.

Do this by right-clicking on the To textbox and selecting properties.  Set the field to read-only (lower left of Display tab).  This will prevent the user from changing the value.  You could also hide the field by unchecking the Visible box.

Change to the Value tab.  At the bottom of the tab is a textbox where you would enter the e-mail address you wish the form sent to.  The Set The Initial Value checkbox will automatically be checked when you enter data in the textbox.

When they send the form it will go to the designated location.
