Rexec from a windows machine

Does anyone know of an ActiveX control that can be used to perform an rexec command on a UNIX box remotely from an NT box running an ASP script?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've never heard of one - your best bet is to get an ActiveX tcpip control and build the functionality yourself (probably).

Sorry - but thats the best I can come up with.

No problem - go with PowerTCP components. The company (http://www.dart.com) seems to be well respected on the net although their userbase is pretty small. You can find the product information at:

As an alternative, there is also a product from devSoft called "IP*Works". They distribute their product in a number of frameworks - java, activex, win32, ...
