"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I assume you want to write the files to a CDR. Then you just have to convert the mp3s to wav. And then use a burning-program to write the files as an audio-cd.
To convert mp3 to wav, you can use winamp. Just set options->preferences-> output to Nullsoft Diskwriter plug-in. (you might need to set the directory)

If you haven't got winamp, download it from www.winamp.com/getwinamp and install it.
Click on the top left icon.
choose: options -> preferences
go to: Plug-ins -> output
select: Nullsoft Disk writer plug in
click on: configure
select a drive or directory
close preferences

Add a song to your playlist (use button PL on winamp (on the right))
press play

You will not hear the song but the it will be copied to the selected directory into a wav format.
Close winamp and open your program you use to write cd's with.
Choose for writing audio cd's. When the program asks you for files add the wav files (all the wav files you need) to the write session. write them.

that's it.
