Outlook Express 5

I have version 5.00.2314.1300

And for some reason...not matter what the address is.  If I recieve an e-mail with an address and I click on it nothing happens.  I always have to copy the address and bring it into the browser and paste it.
Is it a setting somewhere?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is Outlook Express set as your default Internet e-mail program here: Control Panel > Internet applet > Programs tab > Mail dropdown

What good is this....
I am talking about it launching Internet Explorer once you click on a hyperlink!

Sorry 'bout that I thought you were talking about clicking on an e-mail address not a URL.

What's set here: My Computer > View menu > Folder Options > File types > URL: HyperText Transfer Protocol > Edit

Check the Open action
